• Exclusive Access: Access is restricted to Barclay Place residents and their guests only

• Material Safety: No glass items permitted in any area

• Cleanliness: All trash must be cleaned up and placed in appropriate containers

• Pet Responsibility: Pet waste must be cleaned up and disposed of properly

• Fire Safety: Running or jumping around fire pits is prohibited

• Proper Materials: Fire accelerants are not permitted and only wood materials may be burned in fire pits

• Organization: Keep wood stacked in designated areas

• Fire Management: Fires must be fully extinguished after each use
